Terms of service

Sotto is a reply desk for operators. You paste a message, review an AI draft, and may add a voice note when consent is on file. A named person approves, edits, or discards the draft. You export the result and paste it where the conversation lives.

What it is not

Sotto is not a marketplace, not a payments product for the people you reply to, and not a service that sends messages for you. It is not a law firm, not an age-assurance provider, and not a certificate that your accounts, recordings, or disclosures satisfy any statute or platform rule.

Who may hold a seat

You must be 18 or older. You use the desk for work you operate. You are responsible for what you paste back into a conversation, including any platform’s terms.

Disclosure

AI drafts carry a disclosure stamp. Exports include the disclosure line. The product does not offer a control that removes either one.

Seats

Solo and Studio are software seats. When Stripe is connected, checkout and the customer portal bill that seat. A local record of a seat is not a paid subscription. Cancel or change a live subscription in the Stripe customer portal.
